Refund policy

Returns of non-faulty goods

If for any reason at all you want to return your order you will have 14 days from the
day you received it to notify us.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a
refund unless the product is deemed to be faulty.

As the first point of action please drop us a note at hello@yorlogs.uk and we will be
happy to assist.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate your return we require an email containing; your contact details (including
delivery postcode), the item in question and ideally order number/date of purchase.
This will allow us to verify your purchase and save time : )  

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item – we can help arrange this for you if you like. Original shipping costs are non- refundable even if you have purchased a ‘shipping inclusive’ product which means that the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This will be confirmed in writing before the goods are returned.

Sadly, if your order has to be returned because there is unsuitable access or terrain
and you refuse to accept delivery at the nearest, safe point of placement (e.g.
kerbside) then you will also be responsible for all shipping costs. Please see
Limitations and Requirements under ‘Shipping’ before ordering.

If you choose to arrange your own shipping return we recommend using a trackable and/or insured delivery service and cannot accept any responsibility for missing/lost return items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Returns of faulty goods

Rest assured that your peace of mind and satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we will endeavour to resolve any concern or issue that you might have with your order in a prompt and fair manner.

We don’t anticipate any problems but in the unlikely situation that there is an issue
with your order we ask that you advise us as soon as possible. In case of shipping
damage, we must notify the courier straight away and in all cases, you must tell us
within 30 days of receipt of goods.

happy to assist.

We may offer a refund, part refund or replacement at our discretion following
consideration of your email.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, received and inspected we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval of your refund assuming everything is in order.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
